Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting will be responsible for the oversight of external financial reporting, including preparation and filing of SEC required filings. In addition, will partner with other corporate accounting departments and work on special corporate accounting projects. Desired skills:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
6 + years of experience including at least 3 years of public accounting experience
2+ years of management experience
Demonstrated experience with SEC financial reporting
Demonstrated experience with researching technical accounting standards
