Review Open PO Reports
Prepare and maintain monthly & quarterly inventory reconciliations.
Review and analyse production order variances after settlement routinely during the month and at month end.
Provide complete, accurate and timely financial support to operating management as needed.
Participate in annual planning process; monitor and report on capital expenditures.
Review and code approved invoices with appropriate account number and cost center.
Ensure timely submission of POs / invoices and proper backup to corporate accounting.
Timely verification of production postings to ensure proper finished and semi-finished inventory is reported.
Assist production to ensure orders are closed and goods issue errors are corrected.
Engage in manufacturing analytics and help interpret key performance indicators for the plant; assist in any continuous improvement projects that tie to the plants financial performance.
Help in other duties that are assigned.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant, or equivalent experience required.
5+ years in Administrative, Accounting and Inventory experience
Ability to work independently with limited direction or guidance. Take High level objectives and turn them into action items to accomplish objectives.
Proficient in Great Plains, Word and Excel
