Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for the administration of the company?s payroll systems. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client service, including recordkeeping and reporting.
Essential Functions
Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 2,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll and human resources to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including of detailed reports, e.g. labor ?home? work, overtime)
Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required
Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience with primary responsibility for payroll administration and processing
Experience working Paycom preferred
Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility
Excellent skills using MS Office, especially MS Excel
Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour
