Inside Sales Specialist Job Opening in Wilton, Connecticut - Canine Company, provider of Invisible FenceŽ Brand technology, proprietary pet training, and innovative pet products, seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to be an Inside Sales Specialist at our high call volume contact center headquartered in Wilton, CT.
Responsibilities:
First contact with prospective clients and the primary client contact once a business relationship has been established
Convert inquiries into sales or service calls
Sell new Invisible Fence Brand systems to prospective clients
Identify solutions and upsell opportunities to existing clients
Maintain high client satisfaction on every contact with potential and existing clients
Resolve customer problems, complaints and issues promptly in a positive manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty in accordance with company processes
Qualifications:
Inside sales experience or a strong desire to work in sales
Contact center / customer service experience a plus
Able to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously while on the phone with customers
Possess an outstanding phone presence, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn and execute telephone marketing/selling techniques in accordance with departmental expectations.
Solid computer, telephone and multi- tasking skills
Outstanding communication skills including but not limited to verbal and written skills
Must be outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a strong desire to succeed
High school diploma, college degree preferred
