Salary: $10-$13 Base + Commission - DOE ( + Daily Cash Incentives for Top Performers!!)

Job Summary:
TCF is seeking experienced Sales Professionals that are driven, dedicated, and goal oriented. This role requires experienced, enthusiastic out of the box thinkers that are motivated with a strong sales background, attention to detail with good business disciplines and a pattern of success. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal and telephone skills, have a neat and professional appearance, ability to multi-task, and have solid computer skills.
As a TCF Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will serve as the initiating party for new clients through cold calling (automatic dialer), lead follows, and all other duties as assigned. You must be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily and providing explanations around our rates and savings with potential customers. You will be required to meet sales quotas weekly.
!!! THIS IS A PERFORMANCE BASED POSITION !!!
Primary Duties :
Outbound Calling, Prospecting, Client Conversions.
Follow up on leads.
Maintain Sales Quota Weekly.
Develop prospects into new clients by educating them on the information that has been sent to them.
Best Candidates Will Possess The Following:
2 years of successful sales experience.
Experience in Call Center Environment
Experience in cold calling and telesales
Ability to analyze and assess client needs and requirements.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter, who is results driven, highly motivated, high energy, and has a proven track record of exceeding quota objectives.
