I need an attorney for an City Entity Lawsuit Job Opening in los angeles, California - I need an attorney for an City Entity Lawsuit I need an attorney to represent me regarding a case against a City entity, My present attorney, had to leave the country on persoal matters and the case must be finished up. The complaint is for preliminary and permanent injuction; Inverse condemnation: Deprivatiion of Civil right in violation of 42 U. S. C section 1983; Breach of fiduciary duty and declaratory relief. There is trial date of June 17, 2011. The City has violated at least 4 state laws which has caused me financial loss. Compensation: I would like to pay $250 per hour, $100 per hour guarenteed and $150 per hour if we win and get attorney's fees plus a persentage of the court's award.
