Fitness Membership Sales Representative Job Opening in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin - To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter who is interested in fitness, is a good motivator/coach, outgoing and friendly, enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in our club.
Performs the 9 step sales process accordingly to support membership growth
Enthusiastically greets and connects with all potential new members while showing them around our club
Answers and initiates calls/emails about the gym, prices, agreements, billing etc.
Works with the third-party financial company ABC and reporting to insure correct billing.
Maintain a clean, safe and friendly club environment; light cleaning, taking out trash, dusting, etc is required.
Develops rapport with all club members and assists them when needed.
Performs membership follow ups every 6 weeks
Comfortable with reaching out to area businesses, schools etc
Creates a nurturing and supportive image of AF within the business community by participating in fundraisers and charitable events
Performs other duties as assigned by the club manager and owner
Hours:
Mon-Thurs early evenings
Some morning/weekend hours as needed
Requirements:
Previous office experience
Microsoft office skills
Compensation:
Hourly plus commission
