Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associate?s Degree or equivalent related to field of course instruction. Bachelor?s degree preferred
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years related experience
Preferred Experience: 5+ years or combined education & experience
Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction blue prints, construction documents & periodical journals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time.
