Senior Staff Tax Accountant Job Opening in Mountain View, California - The Senior Staff Tax Accountant will
Manage client projects from start to finish
Supervise, train and mentor staff.
Prepare complex tax returns.
Prepare tax projections.
Review returns prepared by staff and recognize tax issues pertinent to the client.
Research tax issues and find a resolution.
Assist management with developing and training Staff Accountants.
Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
Requirements and qualifications:
Minimum 2 ? 3 years of professional public tax experience.
Broad exposure to federal and California income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
Strong tax and accounting skills.
Excellent project management, oral, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints and deadlines.

Education and licenses:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or related field.
Advanced degree in accounting/taxation is highly desirable but not mandatory.
CPA license is highly desirable but not mandatory.
