Remote Software Project Coordinator ? US Based Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Location:
Work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Prefer an east coast location.

Bachelor?s Degree
Skills:
The candidate MUST possess the following skills:
5-7 years of customer support experience in the IT industry
4-5 years of experience handling major accounts and project management
Highly organized self-starter
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Manage intercompany and client expectations
Must excel in written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of popular Development Methodologies (i.e.: Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience with tracking systems such as Atlassian and Team Foundation Server is a plus
Tasks:
The candidate will be responsible for all the following tasks, which are not limited to:
Project management for assigned development accounts
Manage services for all support service contracts
Train and manage offshore teams to assist with support services
Find and expand support service contract opportunities
Develop long lasting relationships with clients and prospects
Must effectively communicate and work cohesively with team members and management
Hours:
40 hours per week
Must be willing to work overlapping hours as needed for off-shore collaboration
Be available for emergency calls after-hours
Travel:
Approximately 35%
Compensation:
Base salary plus bonus and commission commensurate with experience (as defined in offer letter) and benefits beginning on the first of the month following employment start date.
Vacation:
Up to 10 days earned in first year (Earned at the rate of 0.834 days per full calendar month)

Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
In addition to the paid holidays listed above, two floating holidays are available.
Performance Evaluations:
After the first three months, then annually as scheduled within company?s quarterly program.
