Salary + commission
POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager to effectively promote products and services to referral sources and the general public. Responsible for identifying new markets and maintaining good relationships with current referral sources.
Minimum Position Requirement
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Minimum 1-2 years outside sales and account management experience required with a strong preference for medical sales
Track record of sales growth and quota attainment
Ability to multitask is a must
Good computer skills (proficient with email, internet, excel, etc.)
Must be self-motivated, you will be based out of your home office and will be given independence to schedule your day

Good oral and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to handle multiple tasks with numerous interruptions

On Call
Periodically available for non-office hours
Willing to be trained in pertinent areas of equipment/supplies
Available for home/office visits
Good driving record and valid driver?s license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Essential job duties and physical demands include and are not limited to:
In an average 8-hour day the employee lifts/carries up to 30 pounds frequently
In an average 8-hour day the employee stands/walks 6-8 hours
In an average 8-hour day the employee sits 2 hours
In an average 8-hour day the employee drives 3 hour
The employee lifts/carries up to 50 lbs. maximum
Must be clean & neat in personal appearance
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
Cold calling various health care professional and facilities within assigned territory
Making sales presentations
Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships
Developing a regular call cycle with key decision makers
Establishes a sales plan that encompasses all referral sources for the entire service area
Conducts, participates in and attends educational meetings, seminars, and health fairs (or similar community activities) for referral sources, healthcare workers and the community at large
Maintains records of sales calls and follow-up made in CRM.
Supports the organization by being loyal and informing management of areas of concern and problems to be resolved
Participates in activities as requested by upper management
Communicates to individual Managers, calendar, sales calls, and needed marketing funds
Is aware of third party reimbursement requirements, equipment and services offered and necessary documentation
Maintains proper documentation for expenses and requested reimbursement on a bi-monthly basis
Adheres to company policies regarding compliance and confidentiality
Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management

Resolves work related problems/issues in a positive and constructive manner
Anticipates and analyzes problems, able to arrive at a workable
Suggest and/or helps in development of improving standing policies and procedures
