We are looking for a full time Boat and/or Yacht Broker preferably with yacht brokerage experience.
We prefer 3+ years sales experience and a college education, but degree not required if you have extensive yachting experience (such as a captain's license) or yacht brokerage experience. If you have no yacht brokerage experience, your sales experience must be selling experience.
This is a commission only sales position . An average yacht broker in the US can earn $120,000 per year or boat broker can earn $50,000. Because we specialize in large boats and yachts (20-130'), our brokers have the opportunity to earn well above the US average.
We supply our brokers with world-wide advertising, internet tools (CRM, Online Documentation, Multiple Listing Services, etc.)
