Outside Sales Representative for Healthcare Company Job Opening in Marlton, New jersey - SunMED Medical is a leading National provider of specialty medical equipment that is looking for a Sales Representative that is self-motivated with a strong work ethic. The candidate must possess highly effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships across a broad spectrum of medical facilities.
Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred
4 year Bachelor Degree
Prior healthcare experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
This position will require 50% travel, across the US by plane, covering various states. On average, two weeks inside the home office, and two weeks traveling to visit customers.
This is a combination of an existing territory and a new territory.
Identify and grow new sales opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service experience to develop long term client relationships
To make face-to-face sales calls with key purchase influencers in the sales territory to demonstrate, in-service and sell SunMED?s services. Responsible for the successful execution of Sales Action Plans. To plan, strategize and successfully execute sales calls to all relevant hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers and medical offices. Work or attend meetings and courses as needed.
Provide support and service to clients as needed.
Maintain all records and reports as requested in a timely fashion.
Performs other duties as assigned.
All training will be done by our staff.
Desired Experience
Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in conducting in-services / presentations
Experience in making multiple referral calls to Medical Professionals on a daily basis
Self starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, well organized and strong problem-solving abilities
This position is a draw against uncapped commissions; not a base salary. Guaranteed first year income of $40,000. Mileage reimbursement, expense budget, 401K, medical & dental benefits.
