Administrative & Accounting Support Specialist Job Opening in Medina, Ohio - About the Job
Synergy Worldwide is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Support Specialist to join the team in our Medina, OH office. In this position, you are responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments, collation of invoices, mailing invoices, speaking with vendors and customers over the phone to assist them with questions or process payments. You will also be assisting the Billing and Accounts Receivable Team with various projects.
The Administative and Accounting Support Specialist requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task, and meet established position will actively participate in a work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and accountability.
Responsibilities Include:
Billing Collation, Stuffing, Sorting and Mailing
Assisting with accounting phone calls
A/R & A/P Special Projects
Maintain strong vendor relationships
Code and submit invoices/documents to the appropriate manager for review and sign-off.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has at least 2 years of experience in a support role (administrative or accounting)
Is analytical and customer service oriented, with a strong attention to detail
Is proficient in Microsoft Office
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to advance to full-time in the future.
Flexible hours to be agreed upon with candidate between 8am-5pm M-F.
