Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing - Los Angeles Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Responsibilities
Coordinate with head of sales to develop strategies and business plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and new campaigns for different market segment
Identifying potential markets and product development
Analyze sales reports on a regular basis and formulate sales strategies
Maintain and extend relationships with Travel Trade, Business Associations and various Tourism Offices
Manage and review sales policies
Provide Marketing strategic planning, design and budget control
Provide guidance and direction to sales and marketing team
Plan Sales and Promotion Campaign
Requirements
University degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
5 year?s working experience preferably in Aviation industry with 3 years in the managerial level
Excellent analytical, communications & presentation skills; goood interaction skills and PR skills
Strong organizational, time management, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A team player, excellent interpersonal skills and sound experience in project management
Native in English, other language skill is an advance
Less Experienced will be considered as Supervisor
