Grounds Person Job Opening in grand rapids, Michigan - Grounds Person Windridge Aartments, in Grand Rapids is currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual for a Grounds Person position. This is a Part-time, Seasonal position, about 20 hrs/week. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-Noon DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping. *Monitors and repairs/cleans gauges, trash areas, pets, property exteriors, property hallways, sprinkling systems, fences. *May be responsible for pool maintenance and playground equipment upkeep. *May be responsible for responding to pager calls and requests from tenants to include evenings and weekends. *Participates in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance and light cleaning. *Other projects as requested by the Property Manager * Previous grounds / landscaping experience at an apartment community preferred * High School diploma or GED If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this position we would love to hear from you!
