RN Job Description:
Evaluates, plans, implements, and documents nursing care for geriatric patient population.
Assists physician during examinations and procedures.
Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patient and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills.
Requires an Bachelor's degree and is licensed as a registered nurse.
Director, Nursing Tasks
Oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development.
Ensure services are in compliance with professional boarding home standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
Plan and direct the nursing program.
Maintain relationships with patients and families.
Oversee inventory, order processing and distribution of products and services.

Must haves:
(TB test and Physical exam both within last 12 months) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
2 years experience in LTAC supervision
Schedule will be AM/PM/NOC, includes weekends 32 hours per week
