COLLEGE HUNKS MOVINGŪ is looking for a strong in-home sales candidate to join our quickly growing team. The sales position will be performing residential and commercial move consultation and is responsible for growing sales by utilizing leads and scheduling onsite consultations to book local moves. Once training is complete, you will be performing onsite sales visits with no cold calling customers.
The in-home sales position at COLLEGE HUNKS MOVINGŪ is also responsible for networking with local businesses and apartment complexes to help grow leads and partnerships. Travel reimbursement is provided along with a tablet for on-the-job Compensation for this position is a base rate plus unlimited commission.
Job Responsibilities
· Provide professional and accurate move consultations by selling all products and services to best serve the needs of the customer.
· Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled our services.
· Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses.
· Collaborate with owners to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers.
· Maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of COLLEGE HUNKS MOVINGŪ and effectively oppose any customer objections.
Job Requirements
Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. In this role, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
· Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
· Demonstrate ability of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
· Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
· Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
· Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
· Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
· Valid Driver?s license and clean driving record; must be able to be insured under the auto insurance plan

· A minimum of one year of business, management, sales or other relevant experience is required. COLLEGE HUNKS MOVINGŪ or moving industry experience is preferred.
· Bachelor?s Degree in business, management, or other related field is preferred.

Pay structure: $70 stipend for a minimum of 6 hours + 10% commission on revenue from YOUR leads (or) 5% commission on revenue from OUR leads....$40,000/year
