Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Increases and maintains profitable sales by working with customers to identify and satisfy customer wants and needs through appropriate application of Company products and services.
Proactively targets and establishes relationships with customers to meet sales objectives, retain customers, and position Company as the sole source provider of choice for their appliance needs and services.
Identifies and responds to competitive threats through proactive assessment of needs, review of competitive options, and understanding Company position and differentiation.
Utilizes and directs Company and outside resources to meet sales objectives and enhance customer expectations regarding Company and its products and services.
Establishes working relationships regarding customer issues or sales strategy across Company internal marketing functions.
Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of:
Company?s products and services
Company Website Sales
Competition
Customer needs, requirements, and business issues
Industry trends
Effectively develops, maintains and reports sales forecast and goals.
Contributes to the development of products/services and marketing strategies through creative packaging of Company capabilities.
Coordinates sales and projects support resources to develop Company, offering proposals and meeting customer requirements.
Initiates sales tasking activities to resolve customers issues by working as a liaison between the Company?s internal departments and the customer.
