Primary Responsibilities
Companion Protect Software Engineers are skilled, experienced software developer who love to create Angular apps with the latest C# web APIs in a Visual Studio environment supported by a SQL server back end. They build and maintain our premier animal shelter software system using the best Angular code along-side of other like-minded awesome developers who love to work hard and play hard. Challenges range from building to new requirements, fast paced bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
Qualifications
Experience with client-side technologies such as Angular JS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery.
Experience with Visual Studio 2015, C#, Web API and WCF endpoints with XML/JSON data exchange formats.
Solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
Experience with Agile development processes, methodologies and tools.
Experience in designing database schema, writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
Experience using source control such as Team Foundation Server.
Requirements
BS degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years? experience independently designing and implementing medium-sized software systems and components with remote users.
Excellent communication skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa or other sponsorship.
