Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Opening in Medina, Ohio - Our client, in Medina, Ohio, has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Hours are 7am-3:30pm, M-F; salary is $13 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable; processing, all aspects of tenant accounting.
Assists with collection efforts and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Communicates with other Finance Department personnel and outside auditors to assist with financial reporting.
Supports other Finance Department personnel in conducting annual inventory.
Prepares various correspondences in conjunction with accounts receivable activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School diploma.
2+ years of Accounts Receivable and office experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills.
