Account Manager/Customers Service Representative Job Opening in Independence, Missouri - PolySource, an engineering plastic resins supplier, located in Independence, Missouri has an opening for an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative. Qualified applicants must be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with people. Customer service experience, the ability to work well under pressure, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and an excellent sense of priorities are requirements. Customer service management experience, or the desire and ability to grow into management is a necessity. Intuit Quick Books accounting software and Acctivate inventory software, or similar software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include supporting sales staff and managing customer accounts by providing administrative, clerical, and superior customer support. This person completes orders in a timely fashion and follows up with customers, initiates and implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service, and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
