Landscape Maintenance Area Manager Job Opening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Area Manager Responsibilities:
Directs and manages all operational activities and reporting to achieve the targeted growth and profit goals of area market.
Assists in estimating functions with Regional Manager.
Hires the staff necessary to meet the market needs, within the budgeted salary amount.
Purchase, or direct the purchasing of all materials necessary to perform the landscape maintenance duties required on each project.
Area Manager Requirements:
Knowledge of LA & MS landscape maintenance and the ability to perform the duties associated with same, financial management and accounting principles, marketing and sales principles and the ability to sell.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Extensive knowledge of landscape safety practices.
