Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Staff Accountant for an office located in West Des Moines, Iowa ! In this position you will play an important role by completing these duties:
Process and code invoices and purchase orders
Resolve any discrepancies with vendors/clients
Prepare weekly reports
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Staff Accountant who has the ability to work on multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate for this position would demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with both customers and co-workers. Specific qualifications include:
Bachelor's in Accounting
1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
Excellent technical skills
Great Microsoft Excel skills
