Bookkeeper Job Opening in Saint Petersburg, Florida - McClanathan, Burg & Associates, LLC, a full service accounting and consulting firm, serves clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated full-time bookkeeper. Duties include:
Data entry
Reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly payroll returns and tax deposits
Prepare W-2?s and 1099?s
QuickBooks Certification and Tax return preparation experience a plus
A thorough knowledge of bookkeeping is needed and the ideal candidate will have worked with an accounting firm. This is time sensitive work that mandates deadlines are met in an accurate, timely and confidential manner. Individual must be self-managing, highly organized, attentive to details, flexible and great at working with people. QuickBooks, Creative Solutions Accounting and Ultra Tax are used.
