Job Responsibilities :
Responsibilities will primarily be outbound/cold calling, phone-based prospecting for new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources.
Obtain information about the potential clients' real estate needs and goals.
Qualify leads based on their financial income and basic mortgage guidelines
Handle various lead objections
Schedule appointments with our outside agent to present our real estate service opportunities.
Track contacts and record progress on an in-house customer relationship management (CRM) computer program.
Skills / Qualifications :
FULL-TIME commitment
Real Estate License Required
Dynamic personality & attractive "phone voice"
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer and internet navigation skills
Acute attention to details
Impeccable follow-up skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to practice, memorize, and internalize company provided scripts
Desire to work with an exciting, fun team in a modern open-office setting
Willingness to make 300-500 dials per day
Ability to set high goals and track results
Dependable transportation to the office
Outbound phone sales experience preferred
Compensation :
Base Pay + Commission
Potential for $55,000 per year or more income
Opportunity and training to pursue a career in the real estate industry
