Inside Sales Representative - To Start Immediately! Job Opening in Sterling, Virginia - TruShield is seeking a confident highly motivated Inside Sale Professional. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day, working with potential customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales position will be to develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts, and quota. You must be comfortable speaking to the following titles IT Manger, IT Director, CTO, and CISO.
Responsibilities:
Generate 70+ calls per day.
Prospect for leads to build, and close pipeline.
Maintain forecast with a closing accuracy of 30%.
Document all activities and notes in Salesforce.
Work in conjunction with Regional Sales Manger (RSM).
Conduct effective product demonstrations via WebEx.
Exceed quota expectations.
Qualifications:
BS or BA degree and a minimum of 1-year business experience in sales is preferred. Recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace with the ability to ?switch gears? quickly as the prospecting conversation warrants.
Over-the-top motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversations.
Comfort recording everything into our CRM system ? Salesforce.
Professional persistence and the ability to ?think on your feet? and make a compelling introduction.
Organizational and time management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
