Your is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional individual to join our organization in a full-time capacity as an Internet Advertising Sales Manager. This is an inside /outside management position with salary plus bonuses.
Job Description
Monday ? Friday 9:00 am ? 6:00 pm
Manage online sales force
Build and manage sales team
Hold daily sales meetings
Make daily sales presentations to automobile dealerships and retail companies to promote and sell various products
Supervise and handle all internet email leads and internet phone leads
Assist customers in appropriate product selection
Able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of Internet customers and work with them accordingly
Skills/Requirements
4 Year Bachelor degree or minimum of 2 years sales experience
Management experience a plus
Must be a motivator
Proven successful negotiation and closing experience
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Time management and prioritization skills required
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must be able to hit quotas and closing percentages
Must have reliable transportation
