Mortgage Processor Job Opening in Chalmette, Louisiana - Looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with references for prior processing working history. Working hours are 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday. The Mortgage Loan Processor must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the loan programs for USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional loan products with experience working in Encompass 360 Loan Originating Software. Duties to include the following:
Auditing loan files to ensure documents meet loan program guidelines
Income calculation
Ordering Appraisals
Ordering Title
Ordering VOD/VOM/VOE
Ordering Flood Cert
Ordering case numbers
Ordering CAIVRS
Checking Mavant
Understanding Itemization
Ordering Rescores
Running DU/LP/GUS
Working with Loan Estimates
Document intake
Underwriting Conditions
