Our commission structure is unbeatable. Monthly Base Pay PLUS progressive commissions up to 30%, with a minimum of $300 on each new and used unit sold.
Monthly performance bonus levels up to $3000 and top 25% of Sales Consultants receive an extra $300 on a monthly basis (President's Club)!
Experienced Sales Representatives (Previous experience required to qualify) can earn up to $6000 signing bonus!
Job Responsibilities: The Automotive Sales Representative is responsible for: Selling/leasing new and used vehicles according to dealership profit and volume guidelines and customer satisfaction standards. Essential duties include offering assistance to all customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot. Sales personnel must have the ability to understand and explain product performance,application, and benefits to potential buyers. Utilizing the dealership sales control and follow-up system; exhibiting a high level of commitment to overall customer satisfaction.
Must be able to follow all of the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales. Sales Representatives are required to have a valid driver's license; be at least 21 years old and able to qualify for a VA auto sales license. Must be available to work a flexible schedule of 55-60 hours per week which includes nights and weekends. High level of customer service ability,organization skills, integrity and sales drive are essential.
