Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Portsmouth, Virginia - Tidewater Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative
Job duties include but not limited to:
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Focus on developing and expanding new accounts
Maintain sales accounts and submit sales orders in an organized, efficient, and effective manner
Perform a variety of sales duties, including but not limited to order entry and account research
Work with departments across the organization (customer service, shipping, and accounting)
Maintain current job and industry knowledge pertaining to assigned sales accounts
Requirements include:
Associate?s Degree (Bachelor?s preferred) and 2 or more years successful sales
Previous successful solution selling experience
Previous experience with original equipment manufacturers and/or value added resellers (VARs)
Aggressive, energetic, self starter and independent worker who is comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
Excellent call handling and objection handling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
