HVAC Sales Representative Job Opening in Stoughton, Massachusetts - HomeWorks Energy is looking for an HVAC Sales Representative to drive sales for our Heating and Cooling Department. This role will be responsible for performing analysis on homes and making recommendations for high efficiency heating and cooling equipment. Our customers have received Mass Save home energy assessments, and are looking to upgrade their heating and cooling systems. No cold calling! All appointments are pre-qualified by our Home Energy Specialists and set for you. Primary Responsibilities :
Travel to customers? homes to sell heating and cooling equipment
Educate home owners on the benefits of installing or improving their HVAC system
Provide our Heating and Cooling customers with the best product line available
Provide exceptional customer service
Working with other divisions to cross-sell multiple products
Between 3-4 appointments scheduled per day
Complete all necessary paperwork required by the Mass Save program
Back end support that handles customer financing and rebates
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
In-home sales experience
HVAC Installation experience
HVAC Sales experience
Must have a reliable vehicle
Basic computer skills
Able to work independently and part of a team
Compensation :
Performance based pay: $75,000 - $125,000+
