Products Administrative Specialist Job Opening in Kansas City, Kansas - Sekisui XenoTech is currently hiring a Products Administrative Specialist to assist the Production and Quality Control departments. This position is responsible for data analysis/processing, maintaining electronic records of product inventory and various administrative duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Data Analysis
Proficiently inputs and checks raw data.
Performs data processing and statistical analysis using computer software.
With supervision, interprets processed data for problems or template errors.
Participates in preparation of data processing templates, as needed.
Administrative Duties
Enters calculated data into various systems for historical reference and creation of product-specific Acceptance Criteria.
Archive data, both raw and calculated, according to specific SOPs and regulations.
Maintains electronic files and spreadsheets regarding donor information.
Prepares product labels.
Inputs information into various database programs.
Inventory System
Works with Accounting Department to track raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Routinely inputs data into inventory software system.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree from four-year college or university; or high school diploma with minimum four years? experience in data processing. Education in biology/chemistry preferred.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, template design, and pivot tables.
Must be extremely detail oriented, and able to use and apply logic to various instances.
Literate and proficient in the use of personal computers and peripheral equipment (e.g., printers, etc.). Proficient in software programs such as word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and statistical analysis. Ability to learn new software programs, as needed.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents and logarithms. Ability to perform mathematical operations on computers to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and other routine statistical tests
Knowledge or familiarity with scientific terminology.
Dynamics GP and SharePoint experience preferred.
