Accounts Payable Clerk
We currently seek an Accounts Payable Clerk to process and coordinate accounts payable and support the company controller. Primary areas of responsibility are accounts payable and related general ledger reconciliation. Prior experience in accounts payable, W-9/1099 compliance, use tax compliance, and vendor and general ledger account reconciliations are required.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, posting invoices and electronic three-way match
Set up vendor accounts and setting up 1099 status
Reconcile vendor statements
Reconcile unvouchered receivers report
Weekly check processing, invoice matching and filing
Assist receptionist by covering front-desk breaks and phone overflow
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance or Associate?s degree with 3 years related experience
Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and team-building skills
Ability to use and comprehend various business software, including ERP system, Microsoft Office products and Crystal Reports
Other requirements
Must be 18 years of age
Background check will be performed with results acceptable to management
