10:00a-7:00p Monday- Friday

Job Duties:
Handle customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians and internal and external clients
Assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program.
Handle inbound and outbound member, provider and physician calls.
Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable.
Verify insurance coverage for potential new patients, and re-verify coverage for existing patients.
Work with insurance companies and payers to secure coverage and benefits for specialty therapies.
Obtain prior authorization for services
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Medicare Part D.
At least 1 year of healthcare call center experience.
Experience working health insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
