Polaris Group is currently seeking a Accounting Assistant for its Corporate Office in Tampa, FL . The Accounting Assistant will have strong organizational skills and is able to maintain a high level of professionalism and handle high volume assignments.
Essential Functions:
- Perform accounts receivable functions.
- Research discrepancies and process invoices.
- Ability to generate and analyze the aging report.
- Call past due accounts.
- Evaluates, reports, and audits.
- Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Adobe expertise
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree or two years accounts experience.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public as well as converse comfortably with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-directed able to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Have a willingness to grow and change with the organization.
