Inside Sales Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are LT Security Inc., a Security Surveillance Company, located in Phoenix, AZ. With 10 years of distribution experience and 10 branches nationwide (located at New York, Texas, Maryland, Chicago and Southern California), we are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill our full time Sales Executive position in our new location at Phoenix, AZ.
We carry a wide variety of CCTV Surveillance technology such as Cameras, DVR, and Surveillance systems. Our company directly manufacturers from China.
We are looking for an Entry Level Inside Sales Position at Phoenix, AZ location:
The successful candidate for this position will have most or all of the following qualifications:
- Take initiative to approach new clients via phone/email/ in person customer interactions.
- Cold Calling - Persuasive Selling and Negotiation Skills.
- Have a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must be able to work office hours Mon-Fri: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Based salary plus high commission and medical benefit after 90 days
-Must be a legal US residence.
-Must pass the background and drug test.
Required Skills and Experience:
-Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and expectation.
-Must be responsible, reliable, and have good attendance.
-Strong computer skill is a plus. Microsoft Office 365
-Must have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), Bilingual is a plus.

- High School Diploma required. Some college courses preferred.
