The QDI Sales Trainer role requires competency in customer focus, relationship building & influencing, and managing a virtual classroom. You will be tasked with owning our new-hire on-boarding experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Virtually deliver curriculum
Drive completion accountability of accompanying program requirements through mandated reporting & tracking.
Review and edit existing curriculum as needed
Pilot and launch new curriculum as needed
Proactively seek new ways to manage training and conduct program effectiveness reviews
Establish relationships with various stakeholders to ensure timely response to training needs
Proactively introduce new training tools and concepts into the training development process; this includes interactive video and audio.
May perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Expert Communication and presentation skills required
Ability to understand and effectively teach sales concepts and strategies
Ability to deliver content virtually
Energetic personality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task
Team player but able to work independently as well
Ability to change gears quickly
Prior knowledge of Telecommunications a plus.
Instructional Delivery experience a plus.

Mon ? Fri, 8am-5pm
