The Role :
As a Sales / Customer Service Associate, you will also be the first point of contact with our customers and you will build strong customer relationships that are based on authentic ongoing engagement. You'll be instrumental in helping increase overall store sales.
The Responsibilities:
Meet sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
Effectively present products and services to and develop relationships with potential clients.
Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including but not limited to: pulling products from inventory and accepting customer payments.
Stay up to date with product knowledge through continuous learning and self-development.
Being part of our Team:
Support team members in serving customers and doing store operations tasks.
Share customer experiences with the rest of your team including management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales /customer service.
An awesome, positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results driven personality.
Superior customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process of a needs based approach.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Very organized with the ability to multi-task.
Must be able to work the varied hours of retail to include: evenings, weekends and holidays.
