We are seeking an Estate Sale Specialist who will be able to identify high value items, assist in the sorting and organizing of the home, assemble items into sell-able lots or groupings and soft pack items. We are seeking candidates who can work varying hours each week, and flex up and down based on the volume of sales in the market.
As a young company, we move fast and take risks and while this will be a very demanding position, you'll be surrounded by a passionate team of individuals that are dedicated to the common goal of drastically changing the way that personal property is sold, bought, and moved across the country and across the world and we have a lot of fun while we're doing it!
Tasks You'll Be Juggling:
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and prepare an estate property for a sale.
Aid in discovering items by searching every part of an estate including but not limited to: attics, garages, and closets.
Organize items and create saleable lots to drive overall value of the sale.
Inventory items within the estate through QR code scanning and tagging.
Prepare and pack items and saleable lots within the estate to ensure timely and secure shipment to offsite sale location.
Facilitate donation and disposal of non-saleable items.
Participate in other post-sale activities as needed.
Work to meet seller needs with integrity and empathy.
Working in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR CREDENTIALS
An appreciation for, and knowledge of, all things vintage! Antiquers and historians are a plus.
Drive! This business is fast-paced and challenging. A self-starter is a must!
Recognized ability to effectively communicate with team.
A team player mentality with an ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when needed.
Ability to move / lift up to 50 lbs.
A sense of humor. No, really!
