Sales Coordinator/CRM Administrator Job Opening in Richfield, Ohio - Kenworth of Richfield, a division of Hissong Group, Inc, is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator/CRM Administrator to join our New Truck Sales Team. As a franchised dealership group representing the Kenworth Truck Company; Kenworth of Richfield provides full service, support, repair, aftermarket parts & accessories, and body shop services for heavy and medium duty trucks to transportation and vocational companies in Northern Ohio. Responsibilities:
Assist in the process of quoting, ordering, and delivering new heavy and medium duty trucks.
Administer customer and sales activity CRM database.
Maintain and update inventory tracking database.
Maintain and update new vehicle print, web, & social media based advertising.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education preferred.
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Mechanical aptitude with an understanding or ability to learn heavy vehicle physics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Experience with CRM database administration (SugarCRM or SuiteCRM preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Valid driver?s license and safe driving record required, CDL a plus.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
