Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Stow, Ohio - About CU-Interface: CU-Interface is a leading, technology services company delivering Core Data Processing and Network solutions that drive accelerated business performance for the Credit Union sector. We are based in Stow, Ohio and we manage credit union data processing throughout the Midwest. We are growing rapidly and our goal is to become the favored advanced services Core Data Processor for our market.
Sales Development Representative Role:
CU-Interface is looking for a hunter who is driven, resourceful, client-centric and results-oriented to join our growing Sales Team. You will help us develop new business and reach our revenue goals while working with our team to generate new clients. We offer a competitive compensation package, as well as the possibility to grow into an account executive role in the future.
As a CUI SDR, you will:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting- calls, emails, and campaigns
Maintain minimum weekly call and email volume to qualify leads and build pipeline for the sales team
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Own all aspects of the lead generation cycle including prospecting, objection handling, and presenting
Manage, track and follow up with leads in an accurate and time-sensitive manner using our CRM system
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic with a tenacity for results
Client-focused with an ability and desire to understand customer requirements, identify business challenges
Ability to identify and reach the decision-maker with a solid understanding of where the client is in the business cycle
Excellent presentation skills to present to prospects, including C-Level executives
Tech savvy and proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and CRM systems
4-year degree preferred but not required
3 - 5 years sales experience/cold calling and lead qualification experience

Experience in video, media, or display ad serving technologies

Compensation is:
Salary of $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Medical Insurance employee 100%, 50% of family premiums
