We are seeking a motivated individual with superior skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. This is a Full-Time Office Position with regular hours Monday through Friday . We are closed on all major holidays. This is a legitimate W-2 position with paid vacation time.
Our company provides top pay in our industry while combining hourly pay and performance based pay incentives. There are no games and no gimmicks. If you are afraid to pick up the phone and collect revenue, this position is not for you. This position requires and outgoing personality, and a fearless attitude. We must be consistently professional with our customers at all times, in both written and verbal communication, but we must also collect the revenue that was agreed to be remitted.
Daily responsibilities will include tracking all accounts receivable and payables. Providing company ownership with regular updates and reports. Following up with our sales team and customers on all financing paperwork, job details, permitting and anything else that could stand in the way of collecting payments.
Additional responsibilities include a portion of administrative duties within an office setting. Answering phones when other employees cannot get to them, helping to dispatch our service team in the field, filing, emailing, follow-up calls, etc.
