Bookkeeper / Inventory Coordinator Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - We?re looking for a talented individual to join our Finance and Production planning team. This is a dynamic position reporting directly to both senior accountant and material production manager and requiring a proactive, enthusiastic team player who possesses excellent excel skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Payroll
Provide new employees with an explanation of benefits and instruct them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures.
Inform employees of changes to the benefits structure and post related notice.
Collect and calculate all time sheet, vacation application, and absent notice to generate bi-weekly payroll release.
Maintain all payroll records and analysis effective attendance to assist in costing.
Bookkeeping
Collect and maintain all request forms on daily basis.
Work on daily transaction entries, such as A/P, A/R, and credit cards.
Reconcile invoices, bills, and various statements.
Ad hoc duties as needed.
Inventory Planning
Analyze safety stock for raw material, inventory, and work-in-process inventory to develop production plan.
Pre-sale duties include building solid customer relationship with clients and develop sales order.
Post-sale duties include all billing & reconciliation, shipment & delivery, and timely A/R collection.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
Required education:
Bachelor's
Required experience:
Inventory Control: 1 year
Payroll, Bookkeeping: 1 year
Required languages:
English (Verbal and Written)
Chinese (Verbal and Written)
