Accountant Job Opening in Hauppauge, New york - The primary responsibility of the Accountant is to assist with billing, consumer financials and maintaining the general ledger. This position will assist with month end procedures which include monthly recurring journal entries, adjustments and allocations as delegated by the Chief Financial Officer as assessed by supervisory review of The candidate will also assist with budget preparation; create budget worksheets in MIP; provide support with account balance analysis on an as needed basis as assessed through supervisory observation and review of documentation. They will also provide back up support for the accounting department.
