About the Executive Host position ?
The Executive Host will fill a leadership role in hospitality management. This position oversees hotel staff as directed and provides support to the Regional General Manager. The Executive Host is responsible for ensuring quality of standards, maximizing financial performance, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will:
Assign duties to staff and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
Maintain accurate records, credit card receipts, registrations, and reservations.
Handle accounting and cash, including maintaining accurate A/R records, daily deposits, petty cash, and credit card handling (processing, batching, PCI compliance).
Be guest centric and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with guests.
Assist with sales and marketing efforts as directed, to include corresponding with group and travel agents to answer special requests for rooms and rates.
Adhere to all company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
Maintain professional image standards, including any uniform requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Possess a minimum 2 years of hospitality management, Front of House, guest experience.
