Community Health Educator Job Opening in los angeles, California - Community Health Educator Community Health Educator: Must have B.A. Degree in related field; Min 2yrs exp working in a fast-paced environment, with low income and/or high risk families; Working knowledge of health education and community risk factors; will develop, coordinate and implement curriculum and service programs and for youth, adult and senior adult activities at the Rita Walters Learning Complex. Promotes, attends and/or coordinates health education services & classes, health fairs, etc. Exemplary written & communication skills; exceptionally well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently. Must be proficient in MSWord, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Desktop Publishing; must be able to interface effectively with all levels of staff within/outside of the agency.
