Junior Recruiter Job Opening in los angeles, California - Junior Recruiter Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with identifying, placing and managing of contract employees. The ability to develop strong business relationships with internal and external clients is essential. Needs to have a strong teamwork and customer service related attitude. Be able to respond quickly to open job orders and have the ability to eventually manage and develop new client relationships. Essential Functions: As a recruiter you are responsible for placing qualified candidates at client sites. This entails the following: Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates Familiarity with online networking resources, social media, job boards etc. Must have the ability and desire to learn the industry and to develop knowledge and comfort with target markets Interest in a sales career. Identify networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, technical schools and outplacement services Have the ability to assist in business growth through client and candidate lead generation Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open job requirements Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms Help to grow the companies' internal database. Build relationships with contract employees Educational & Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred Strong Teamwork and team building experience Prior internship experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred PC literate in Windows environment including, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Social Media, etc..
