FUEL SALES MANAGER Job Opening in Grand Island, Nebraska - Bosselman Energy has an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives on developing strong teams to overachieve their customers? expectations while meeting business goals.
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the wholesale fuel department. Sets sales quotas, manages day-to-day sales related operations and staff. In this role, you will be fundamental in mentoring and strategically positioning the sales team while focusing on customer satisfaction, retention and meeting sales goals. You will also play an integral part in setting the longer-term sales and market strategies, setting quotas, and sales forecasting. This position reports to the President and is based in the Grand Island, NE Corporate Office.
Accountabilities:
Manage and prevent all risk when purchasing and selling fuel products.
Ability to lead and mentor others, and support a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact skills at all levels within an organization.
Manage customer expectations; provide professional, open and frequent communication while reinforcing customer confidence and satisfaction.
Support the Mission Statement, Vision and Core Values.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum of 8 years of sales experience; with 3-5 years management. Preferably in wholesale petroleum and transportation organization. Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills. A proven track record of consultative selling and excellent relationship building who has led to revenue growth at both new and existing accounts. Superior time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan. Assess risks and develop contingency plans requiring allocation of resources, equipment and product to achieve company objectives.
