Food and Beverage Manager Job Opening in Pittsburg, Kansas - Clubhouse Food and Beverage Manager
#1. Responsible for selection, development and retention of culinary and serving staff.
#2. Observes and coaches culinary and wait staff in the daily operations to ensure quality and
tImeliness of product and the delivery of same.
#3. Create menus utilizing the latest trends and ensuring quality and proper margins.
#4. Ensure culinary team is consistently delivering a quality product that meets members
needs.
#5. Supervise staff to ensure kitchen is sanitary in compliance with state regulations.
#6. Ensure financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures and monthly
financial reviews are being followed.
#7. Create and execute short and long term operational and financial plans.
#8. Maintain constant communication between other departments and the governing board.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience
In depth knowledge of wine and food
Strong time management planning and organizational skills
Experience supervising others and leading team
